We are writing to remind you about the AGM and upcoming shareholder appointed director election. As well we would like to introduce you to two new team members. 

Annual General Meeting
The annual general meeting will be held 18 August from 6-7pm at the Lyttelton Community Board Room (25 Canterbury St). We have chosen this venue as some people said it was difficult to hear at the last AGM.

The agenda for the meeting is here.  We will circulate the annual report in advance of the meeting. 

If for whatever reason you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send through questions. We will share all questions with answers in the minutes following the AGM.

Shareholder Elected Director
The Shareholder appointed Director is elected by Investor Shareholders annually. If you would like to be a candidate please respond to this email with a short bio. Nominations close 19 August at 5pm. Voting will open 20 August and close 28 August at 5pm. Only shareholders can vote. More details about the process are here, and a role description is here.

At the AGM you will have an opportunity to ask questions about the role, hear from candidates and ask them questions. 

Julie Villard has been the Shareholder appointed Director for the last year, you will also have the opportunity to ask her questions about the project and her role on the board. She is running again and has been a great advocate for the project.

We are welcoming two new members to the Collett’s Corner project team.  

Grant MacKinnon will be the Development Steward. He will lead the project as we move into the next phase and through construction. Grant is the Principal of DGM Group and has been developing homes and apartments in Christchurch since the mid-1990’s.

Mark Wells is coming on as the Contractor Steward, and will be the liaison on the client side with the contractors, Armitage Williams. Mark is an LBP and has 20+ years of experience working across the construction industry.
