WORSHIP BEGINS AT 10 A.M.

It's a celebration for the whole congregation!

It's a big deal every time it happens!

Confirmation Sunday is the time when our youth make a public profession of their intention to live the way of Jesus Christ and to be active members of the church.

Our Confirmation group this year is Marlena Brunkow, Karsen Lafferty, Lillian Schumacher, Easton Stoltz, and Isaiah Weinrich. Isaiah, Karsen and Easton are in sixth grade at Bluff View, and Lillian and Marlena are in seventh grade at Lincoln.

After the Confirmation Ceremony part of worship, we will share Holy Communion together as we welcome our youth officially into membership at First Congregational Church UCC in Lake City, Minnesota.

Please join us for this spiritual marker in the lives of our youth and our church. Worship will last about an hour.

In his message tomorrow, Pastor David shares a personal story about his time with the youth who will be confirmed tomorrow. At the heart of Confirmation Sunday is the story we love to tell about Jesus and his love.

Whenever you donate items to the shop or make purchases at the shop you are helping our church to brighten the lives of people all over the community.

You never know how far your donated items will reach!

Come and see the latest inventory at our Pass It On Thrift Shop, located two doors down from the church, at 118 North Oak Street.  We are full of seasonal décor, clothing, housewares, and curious finds, all at low prices, and all donated by generous people like yourself.

We donate thousands of dollars to community organizations that serve others, passing on the blessings we have received.

On each Third Thursday, all clothing and shoes are half price. Sales happen regularly.  Follow us on Facebook. Consider being a volunteer. Hours: Mon. 10-4, Thurs. 4-7, Sat. 9-12.
