100 Touches Campaign
Our DS Rev. Sherri Reynolds has issued a challenge for all the churches in the SW District. She is challenging us all to get back to what truly matters-making disciples of Jesus Christ-instead of focusing on the distractions around us. She challenged us to do our part in creating 100 Touches between now and Annual Conference. What is a "touch"? Someone coming to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior for the first time. How do we participate? INVITE PEOPLE, ENGAGE PEOPLE, PURSUE PEOPLE who need Jesus! Let's do our part between now and June to get just one more person to fall in love with Jesus.

Walk For Jesus
On May 18th, 2018 beginning at 9 AM Fayette will play host to the annual Walk For Jesus. Sign ups for t-shirts are over, but you can still be a part of this act of unity, love, and witness. See you there!

Want to attend Annual Conference 2019?
We are under-represented at Annual Conference as a church. The Discipline says we should send one lay person for every appointed clergy. We two clergy under appointment but only one lay leader. So we are opening the floor for self nomination.

You would be required to attend AC beginning on Sunday June 2 and ending on the afternoon of June 4, in Huntsville, AL. The church will reimburse your hotel stay. This is the year we vote on those who will represent us at General Conference 2020 as well as upcoming Jurisdictional Conference too. If you are interested in this and would be free during that time, please contact Pastor Scott immediately.

Our Newest Little Sheep
We celebrate the baptism of Peyton Claire Mansfield (2/24) and Parker Kate Griffith (5/5). We promised to support them as they grow in Christ's grace. I know you'll keep your end of that promise.
