MISSING THE SOUPER SUPPER?

Let's share our recipes!

Since we will not be able to do the Souper Supper this year, how about sharing some recipes of favorite soups we’ve enjoyed over the years? Volunteers are willing to collect your recipes and publish a cookbook to benefit the library.
We need your recipes!

Please send your favorite soup recipe(s) to: appleton.library.recipes.com@gmail.com

Or drop off a copy at the library dropbox.

Feel free to include stories about your soup: where you got your recipe, what you like about your recipe, or anything else you want to tell your friends and neighbors.

Thank you and happy cooking!

Black Voices Book Club

Join us in a group reading and discussion of these two important books! We will begin with Bernadine Evaristo's Girl, Woman, Other, which won the Booker Prize in 2019, followed by Ibram X. Kendi's essential text, How To Be An Antiracist. The book club will begin in Februrary. If you're interested in participating, contact Hillary at appletonlibraryme@gmail.com.
Have you read a good book lately? Or an awful one you want to spare others from? Looking for something new but not sure where to look? We have a new Book Recommendations page on our website where you can share your reading experiences with our library community!
