Update to In-Person Worship

Dear Faithful of Annunciation,

Christ is Born! Glorify Him!

Under the guidance and direction of His Eminence, Metropolitan Gerasimos of San Francisco, we will be celebrating the Divine Liturgy (of St. John Chrysostom) for the Feast of the Nativity of Christ on both Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Weather permitting, we will celebrate these services outdoors in our Plateia/Courtyard.
In the event of rain, we will move indoors and enforce the normal social distancing protocols.
In other words, use your discretion whether or not to attend services indoors. As always, the services will be live-streamed.

Thursday, December 24th
10:00 am | Great Hours of Christmas
5:00 pm | Orthros
6:00 pm | Divine Liturgy for the Great Feast of the Nativity of Christ

Friday, December 25th
8:30 am | Orthros
9:30 am | Divine Liturgy for the Great Feast of the Nativity of Christ

The St. John of Damascus Byzantine Choir of Sacramento invites you to a VIRTUAL Christmas concert

Thank you for joining us yesterday evening from the comfort of your home, in prayer and psalmody, to pray the hymns and exclaim the joy of the Nativity of Christ with clergy and chanters from the greater Sacramento area! We had over 700 people interact and join us via Facebook and our Parish Website!

The concert was streamed via our new live stream broadcasting system. We apologize for any technical difficulties that occurred at the conclusion of the concert. The entire concert, without interruption, can now be found on YouTube (via the video above)
