Ice Cream Social
How does faith overlap with careers? Join alumni and other career professionals from 7 different areas (Health, Education, Business, Arts, Equine, STEM, and PR/Comm) to learn about the intersection of Christianity and careers while enjoying a bowl of FREE ice cream. This is a fun INST/FYS approved social event blending ice cream with professional development networking!
This event will connect students to a network of career professionals who have experience living out their faith in the workplace. Students will have the opportunity to ask guests about how Christianity impacts the way they work in various career fields. This has the potential to help students grow in faith while learning how to live a life consistent with their beliefs.
Super Bowl Party
Want to watch the game amidst a Christian community? Join in on a FREE Super Bowl Party at Chapel North Church (5325 Smothers Rd, Westerville, OH 43081) at 6:30 on February 13th.
There will be food, pool, ping-pong, and more! Wear your favorite NFL jersey or team. And join in on the halftime competition where you can win some nice prizes!
Community Groups
Freshmen Ladies' Community Group is on Monday at 7:30-8:30 in the Ed house.
Upperclassmen (Sophomores-Seniors) Women's Community Groups are 6:30-9 on Wednesday at Park Street Commons Apartment 2E.
Men's Community Group is at 8 PM on Tuesday in Roush 118.
