Hiking Trip Vol. 4

Thank you all for coming to the October Hiking Trip. It was a very nice walk through the autumn landscape. We visited two observation towers - Bílá Hora and Štramberská Trúba and tasted "Štramberské uši". Our group was smaller but we could gen know more each other. Check all photos here.

I had a really good experience with Ostrava Expat Centre who helped me from beginning to the end towards my packaging which I shipped from India. It all started with my home country India, where I have parcelled some household items like clothing, shoes, Utensils and tennis, badminton racquet. I have couriered these items from India to Ostrava where my coming to Ostrava was very uncertain due to the extreme covid situation in India and restrictions were banned for Indians to directly enter to the Czech Republic...read more.

COVID-19 NEWS

CORONAVIRUS IN CZECHIA: RESPIRATORS IN THE WORKPLACE, NEW TEST VALIDITY AND STRICKER CHECKS IN RESTAURANTS

The COVID-19 situation in the Czech Republic is slowly getting worse once again. In reaction, the Ministry of Health has come up with several new restrictions. These include the return of respirators in the workplace from 25 October, and the shortening of validity for both antigen and PCR tests, stricter checks of the O-N-T system in restaurants, and the end of free testing for non-vaccinated individuals from 1 November.
