Regretfully, Jenn Herring is leaving our team, and is on to bigger and better things. Jenn has learned so much and is grateful to have had the opportunity to work with the Knox Community.
Inspired by the N1100D mission and vision of Knox United Church, Jenn was delighted to join the team last July to support connection and community within the downtown core. She did this through social media content creation, engagement and promotion, as well as writing this newsletter. Jenn is on to bigger and better things, in preparation for her masters degree in Planning at the University of Calgary.
Working with the team at Knox has proved an invaluable experience for Jenn, in which she intimately observed the connection between place and community building within the walls of this historic downtown church. Her departure from this position is bittersweet; she is so grateful for having had this opportunity, sad for leaving this trail blazing organization behind, and eager for the path that lies ahead. Jenn expresses thanks for the lessons learned during her time here, and encouragement to continue the great work being done within and outside of these walls!
Thank you Jenn for all of your hard work!
