Eric Bentz, new Member Relations Manager, is a 25 year veteran in the Human Services field, who attended SUNY Cortland to earn an Education degree. It was during this time he had the opportunity to work with students of varying abilities.
It didn’t take long for Eric to realize his passion was supporting others to reach their goals.
Throughout his career, Eric has worked in many different capacities, from direct care to administration, in Vocational Habilitation, Day Habilitation, Residential, Self-Direction and training.
As LIFEPlan’s Member Relations Manager, Eric works in all six regions to support members and their families, with a goal of providing the best member experience possible. “At the center of a great customer experience is learning what is important to members,”, said Eric when describing his role, “then providing information that is educational, meaningful and accessible.”
Eric is working with many departments at LIFEPlan to shape how we support our members.
