About Lynn Rubinstein
Lynn manages the Northeast Recycling Council, an 11-state region comprised of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Over 20 years in that capacity, she has made dozens of public presentations, written numerous articles and publications, implemented several grant and contract funded projects, and developed and presented dozens of trainings.
Prior to her position with NERC, Lynn served as adjunct professor at Antioch University, trial attorney with the US Department of Justice- Land and Natural Resources, and solid waste and recycling manager for a small City.
Lynn currently assists a number of national groups including the National Recycling Coalition.
