COUNTDOWN TO CENSUS
APRIL 1st, 2020

The Census Bureau is still looking for applicants in our region for jobs related to the 2020 Census. Click the logo above to link to more information and the application process.  Of note; there are waivers in place for SNAP Benefit recipients that no benefits will be cut due to pay earned working for Census 2020.  Veterans receive hiring preference and premium pay.

Mr. Roger Leake, US Census 2020 Recruiter Assistant (RA) has been conducting job fairs at the Kentucky Career Center - Lincoln Trail for the past five weeks and will be doing so for the next two weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He had a recruitment goal of 537 for Hardin County, of which he has recruited 472 as of Feb. 27th. Every Kentucky county has at least one RA.

LWCF used to protect important natural areas, acquire land for outdoor recreation and to develop or renovate public outdoor recreation facilities.
