Relationships are really important. Relationships, I think, are often overlooked as the glue that holds supply chains together. To me, trust is a team that designates a series of small promises kept. When you first start working with another party, whether it's a supplier or a distributor, you set up performance expectations. You write a statement of work. You write an SLA. If 2018 was the year of the activist then 2019 was the year of the climate. From Swedish teenager Greta Thunberg sailing to America to talk at the United Nations (UN) to two more damning reports from the UN and countless headline grabbing demonstrations from Extinction Rebellion, the climate is now on most people’s minds.
Nowadays, there is a term for everything. You have farm to fork and zero waste. But being more environmentally aware is not that kind of Road to Damascus conversion.

You can do something with everything.
