We are here for you.
We want you to know that. During uncertain times like these, as everything changes hour by hour, we will continue to do the best we can to serve our community and you our customer. We know that it is in times like these when we as makers do our best work and we want to be here for you should you need anything. However, we have made some temporary adjustments here so that you can continue to create and sew at home.
Please make note of the following changes that will be effective through at least March 31st and until further notice.
SHOP HOURS - Quitique will continue to operate on our normal business days but with reduced hours. Please visit us in-store anytime Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm.
CLASSES - To make sure we are doing our part to keep germs from spreading due to close contact, we have decided to cancel classes now through at least 3/31/20 or until further notice. For any classes beyond this date, we will be in contact with you again as we approach April. If you are enrolled in an upcoming March class, please expect a call from us to make sure you get your class fee back either in the form of a refund, class credit or store credit. It is your choice. All Machine Mastery new owner classes will resume when our store returns to normal operation. All regular classes that have been canceled will be re-offered at a future date in 2020.
ONLINE - Our online store will continue to operate normally. 24/7. We will continue to fill any online orders as we are able. We always offer free in-store pickup or we are happy to meet you at the curbside should you feel better not having to come into the shop. Please use code SEWATHOME at checkout to receive 15% off most regular priced items on our website now through 3/31/20.
SERVICE & REPAIRS - Our machine service department is open and operating. Should your machine need a tune-up or repair, we can handle it so you can get back to sewing. Curbside drop off and pick up is also available. Just give us a call at 702.563.8600 during the above listed hours of operation.
We have taken the necessary precautions so that you can feel safe here. While the number one way to protect yourself is to wash your hands, we are continually disinfecting surfaces, door handles, phones, credit card terminals, sewing machines, and tables. And although we can not get our hands on some hand sanitizer despite our best efforts, please know that we are on top of it and making sure that you and our staff are protected.
We care for you like family and we are here for you if and when you need us. Please if you are sick, stay home for the safety of everyone. Should you have any questions, concerns or quandaries about sewing or anything else, just call 702.563.8600, email firstname.lastname@example.org or text 702.764.0944. And while this could all change in an hour, for now, this is the plan. Please watch your email, our Facebook or Instagram for further notifications.
Let's be there for each other and we look forward to seeing your smiling faces again soon!
