Hole Park Gardens, Rolvenden
Now open for the 2020 season. Please come and enjoy the glorious spring colour of wild flowers, meadows, Camassias, Rhododendron and Azalea. No pre-booking necessary. The Coach House Café will open for takeaways at some point soon, so you can enjoy your refreshments in the glory of the gardens. 'Click & Collect' orders taken between 10am - 3pm with last collection time of 3.30pm. Garden Centres now Open
Ripleys Garden Centre, Ashford Road, Bethersden.
Not far from Tenterden! We have now re-opened, Mon-Sat 9am-5.30pm and Sun 10am-4pm. One entrance and one exit, trolley cleaning station, hand sanitizer and gloves available when you enter the shop. Please keep to the social distance guidelines of 2 metres at all times. There is a limit on the number of customers in the shop. Also, home delivery service >>> more

Tenterden Garden Centre. Reading Street, Tenterden.
Open Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. Home delivery service for anyone shielding or isolating and for bulk purchases of compost/garden furniture etc. There is a new entrance and queuing system and a limited number of number of customers will be allowed in-store at any one time. Clean trolleys, ready for use, are by the entrance. Please keep 2m apart from everyone. Contactless payment is preferred but if you do pay with cash our staff will be wearing gloves >>> more

- Business News from Ashford Borough Council. The Self-Employment Income Support Scheme is now open, and if you are eligible you should have been contacted by HMRC by letter, text or email. The message from HMRC will explain the application process and give you a date and time to make an application. If you think you're eligible, but haven't heard from HMRC, you can use the online tool to check by clicking here. The scheme will allow you to claim a taxable grant of 80% of your average monthly trading profits covering 3 months, and capped at £7,500 altogether.
