"Reporting and Registering Domestic Violence against Women and Girls in São Paulo and Bogotá: a Data-Driven Model"
Partner: Unidas.
Data-Pop Alliance and the Unidas network of women from Latin America, the Caribbean, and Germany joined forces to develop an analytical model that leveraged traditional and non-traditional data to identify the multidimensional capabilities to report and register domestic VAWG at the locality level in Bogotá and São Paulo, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. To learn more about this project, watch this video created for the Data for Policy event, and click below to review the final report.

Liberia Country Gender Equality Profile
Partners: UN Women Liberia, the African Development Bank, the European Union, the Government of Sweden.
The CGEP report examined the situation of gender (in)equality in Liberia across a wide range of sectors, including an analysis of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as response and recovery implications. As part of an increasing efforts to break away from this reality and eliminate all forms of gender-based discrimination, CGEP represents an important guide to assess the existing situation regarding women’s empowerment and gender equality in Liberia.

Crisis Risk Finance Analytics Report & The Potential of Earth Observation, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to Improve Financial Risk Management
Partners: World Bank, European Space Agency and the Global Risk Financing Facility.
The first report, "Crisis Risk Finance Analytics Report", presents a selection of projects from the Crisis Risk Finance Analytics program (CRFA), as part of the World Bank Crisis and Disaster Risk Finance efforts to apply innovative technology to risk finance. The second report, "The Potential of Earth Observation, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to Improve Financial Risk Management", introduces case studies of EO, BD, AI, and ML, classified through a taxonomy to assess their potential to improve financial risk management.

Gender Data 201 is a free online course (self-paced) we developed with support from Meta and TechChange (the hosting platform). The course's objective is to provide a hands-on online learning experience to equip participants with the basic data skills needed to lead gender-responsive advocacy work, decision-making processes, and/or policy design and implementation. Institutional Gender Assessment of Cinvestav (Mexican Research Center)
Partner: Cinvestav.
Developed in partnership with the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute (Cinvestav), this project aims to provide an institutional gender assessment of the challenges that women working and studying in the Center face (including harassment), and offer recommendations towards gender mainstreaming in a complex organization.

Study of Development Strategies, Millennium Development Goals and Sustainable Development Goals 
Partner: UNDP (Haiti) and the Ministère de la Planification et de la Coopération Externe (MPCE).
DPA, in collaboration with the Haiti Country Office of the United Nations Development Programme and the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation, is leading a study to assess the country's progress towards the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),  as well as drivers and obstacles faced.

Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Digital Maturity Assessment
Partner: Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC).
This project aims to develop a tailored methodology that will allow NRC to understand its digital maturity at all operational levels, and to eventually develop roadmaps for its digital transformation. The Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) primarily focuses on Country Offices and their aggregated trends at both the regional and global levels.

Sector Program Digital Development (EU-AU Data Flagship Project)
Partners: GIZ, European UnionAfrican Union.
In collaboration with GIZ, DPA conducted an “Overview of Data Economy Framework in Europe/Africa”, with the main objective of devising a report focused on mapping the data economy in Africa, as well as its potential and challenges to boost the Africa-European data market exchange.
