Dear GHAPS Families,
 

As you know, we are doing everything we can to maintain the health and safety of our students and staff. Considering the number of COVID-19 cases in the district, the daily staffing challenges, and the impact of increased cases in our county, we have decided on a temporary district-wide closure.

GHAPS will be closed on Monday, November 22 and Tuesday, November 23. This includes all K-12 student buildings, preschool and Open Door. We believe this action will allow students and staff to return from Thanksgiving Break in better health, ready to resume teaching and learning for the three weeks leading up to Winter Break.

These days will be treated similar to snow days and will only need to be made up if we exceed our six allowable days for the year.

As always, we are thankful for your continued trust in GHAPS. We appreciate your ongoing patience and understanding as we navigate these challenging waters.
