This is a great workshop opportunity for our parents of Magnus Karate students, extra family member and friends, and college students!
NO Experience is Required.
This is a very beginner friendly workshop style class designed to provide useful information and training for realistic and functional personal protection strategies.

✔️ What should I wear? - Comfortable clothing
✔️ Will I be in movement? - Yes, this will be a fast paced, informative, and movement based workshop. (Note - Any person, of any capabilities, or any level of physical health can attend this workshop. This is not a youth lesson plan and is very adult capable and friendly).
