Learn more about what we have planned below...
Want to get stronger but don’t know how?
Do you feel like you are missing a link to your movement?
Have you addressed what your pelvic floor is doing?
The pelvic floor, as the base of your core and deep foundation of your body, is something we need to talk about! It is critical for our normal functions such as urinating, defecting, and sex. Many of us are familiar with kegels. Although, kegels may or may not be what your pelvic floor really needs. In fact, the part that is missing from most pelvic floor training is the integration into real life! Did you know that your feet are actually part of your core and deeply connected to the pelvic floor?
Whether you are experiencing leaking with jumping, coughing, and/or sneezing, have pain, or want to improve the quality of your movement, this workshop is for you.
