The pelvic floor, as the base of your core and deep foundation of your body, is something we need to talk about! It is critical for our normal functions such as urinating, defecting, and sex. Many of us are familiar with kegels. Although, kegels may or may not be what your pelvic floor really needs. In fact, the part that is missing from most pelvic floor training is the integration into real life! Did you know that your feet are actually part of your core and deeply connected to the pelvic floor?


Whether you are experiencing leaking with jumping, coughing, and/or sneezing, have pain, or want to improve the quality of your movement, this workshop is for you.


Learn More About Dr. Quintangeli:

Dr. Becky Quintangeli is a Physical Therapist and Director of Women’s Health at The Movement Paradigm. When addressing the pelvic floor, she takes an integrative approach for application into daily life to improve functional movement using her certifications in Barefoot Training and well as Pelvic Floor. Prior to working as a PT, Dr. Becky was an athletic trainer in a variety of settings from middle school to D2 college. She has been featured on podcasts as well as professional journals.
