A message to Mac Pros customers regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) precautions

This is a challenging time, to say the least. Mac Pros is taking steps to meet the rapidly changing needs of our customers, our employees, and our community during the COVID-19 coronavirus situation.

Please visit us by appointment when possible.

As a locally owned Apple partner, Mac Pros is not included in the temporary worldwide closure of most Apple retail stores. Apple stores in major cities regularly host hundreds of guests at once, while at our Sioux Falls store we often work individually with just one to four guests at a time. With the latest health recommendation to avoid gatherings of ten people and larger, we're asking customers to consider planning their visits and making appointments when possible. Please visit our website to make a service or repair appointment up to six days in advance. If you would like assistance creating an appointment please call us at (605) 334-3000.

Safety in store

We are frequently cleaning touched surfaces in our store. We sanitize all devices checked into and picked up from service. To help us limit exposure, please consider these steps when bringing your devices to our store:
  • Please clean your device before bringing it in. See Apple's cleaning instructions here.
  • PLEASE remove devices from protective cases before presenting them to our employees. We may decline to handle devices in some cases.
  • To reduce handling, please unplug and don't bring unnecessary cables and accessories attached to your device. 
  • We will sanitize your device following Apple’s guidelines before service and before returning it to you.

Apple Pay contactless payment

If you have an iPhone, Apple Watch, or other smart device, please set up Apple Pay (or your device's equivalent contactless payment wallet app) so you and our team may reduce touching cash, cards, and payment terminals at our store and others. Set up Apple Pay.

Order by phone

We offer ordering by phone and shipment from our store or vendor warehouses to your address. Reach out to us by our contact form at or by Facebook message or call us at (605) 334-3000. At this time we do not accept payment online but we can process payments by phone. Please include your phone number so we may speak with you to confirm your order.

Remote help sessions available for Mac.

We are pleased to offer macOS support remotely to troubleshoot your Mac questions online via screen sharing. Please call (605) 334-3000 or contact us at our website if you are interested in this service.
