Urgent Appeal
10/06/2022

Hi <<First Name>>

We wrote about this development proposal in the newsletter last December. Do you want to see this three storey building towering over the glade and causing traffic and parking problems in Inverloch?

The proposal is up for consideration at the Council meeting this Wednesday.
We ask you to submit an objection as a last-minute effort to try to convince the Council that the property at 2-4 The Esplanade Inverloch be reserved for public purposes for community use.  I wouldn’t normally ask you, but this is incredibly important. The number of objections matter. The SGCS has already submitted a detailed submission. Please see the attached link to our submission/objection to assist you.

Our theme is that the development would be inappropriate use of the site which should be returned to public space.  If this development proceeds it will be an overdevelopment that Inverloch does not want its future to look like. Please fill and submit the attached BCSC Planning objection/submission form and email to: planning@basscoast.vic.gov.au

This is needs to be at the Shire email address before midday Monday.
