Friday Check-in, March 27th:
As we continue adjusting to “shelter in place" orders, many of us are finding or struggling to find our “new norm.” The Coronavirus has and continues to suspend, cripple, and devastate lives and livelihood. At the same time, it has been amazing to see people persevere, rise up, and find blessings even in the midst of crisis. It's particularly poignant that we are in the season of Lent, a 40 day period leading up to Jesus' death and resurrection where we prepare our hearts through letting go, being aware of the fragility of our lives, and drawing near to God through reflection, and meaningful practices that invite His presence and transformation. How has this time been for you?
