CHURCH WORKDAY THIS SATURDAY

This Saturday, October 1st, we will be holding a church workday to spruce things up around Trinity Baptist Church! We’ll be working in the flower beds, cleaning things inside, doing some electrical repairs, replacing some ceiling tiles, and more. To help us prepare projects, please let us know you're coming and where your talents can best be utilized by completing the online registration form.

C3 Bonfire & Movie Night | October 9th
|
|
|
|
Our C3 Junior High Ministry will hold a Bonfire and a Movie Night on Sunday, October 9th for all junior high students. The event will be held on the Trinity Christian School Practice Fields beside the church and is open to all junior high students.

Our October "Mission of the Month" is Operation Christmas Child. There are several ways you can help this month. Ideas include:
● Pray for the mission
● Pack a box (or multiple boxes)
● Donate toys towards a box
● Volunteer to help pack boxes
● Donate money via our Church App

For Jamyleth from Ecuador, her Operation Christmas Child shoebox gift was the first thing she ever received for free. The day she opened it, she also accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Now an adult, she trains teachers how to disciple children using The Greatest Journey, a follow-up course for shoebox recipients. Read More. |

CHURCH BUSINESS MEETING OCT. 9th
|
|
|
|
There will be a Church Business Meeting on Sunday, Oct. 9th at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel.
|
|
|
|
Our Junior High Ministry team is currently putting together a mission team to serve with Mission Arlington. Students will be serving with the Apartment Ministry team in sharing Jesus with the apartments under their care. The group will leave for Arlington, Texas on Friday, November 18th and return the night of Monday, November 21st. Cost to attend is $75 per person.

TRUNK OR TREAT HELP NEEDED
|
|
|
Trinity Baptist Church will host a Trunk-or-Treat event on Sunday, October 30th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the parking lot. Last year, roughly 100 volunteers served more than 3,000 people during the event, and we handed out more than 200,000 pieces of candy! We need your help to make this year's event even better!
ENTER OUR TRUNK DECORATING CONTEST
Register to host a trunk at the event. All trunks will be entered into a decorating contest. Staff will vote on 1st and 2nd place winners, who will receive a gift card.
DONATE CANDY
Candy donation bins are available at both church entrances and can be dropped off anytime the church is open between now and Wednesday, October 26.
SERVE FOOD
We will be passing out hot dogs and water during the event. Volunteer to help as a server.
INVITE OTHERS TO THE EVENT
The event is open to the community. If you're on Facebook, visit our event page and invite others to join us that evening. Invitations are also available for you to hand out in the community. Pick them up at the church Welcome Centers.
