GREETER TEAM TRAINING
THIS SUNDAY 8 A.M. or 11 A.M.

|
|
|
If you serve on the Greeter Team (or are interested in serving on the team), please make plans to join one of two trainings on Sunday morning. The trainings will be held at 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and should last less than an hour. You only need to attend one of the trainings. We will go over new technology to manage the service calendar, tips for being a greeter, how to communicate within the Greeter Team using GroupMe, and new ideas to expand the work of the ministry.

NO WEDNESDAY NIGHT ACTIVITIES THIS WEEK
|
|
|

We will not hold Wednesday night activities on March 22nd because of Spring Break. Please enjoy the week with your family. The Church Office will be open regular hours (Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) all week. Regular Wednesday Night Activities will resume on the 29th.

JOURNEY "COME BACK" SPRING RETREAT
|
|
|
|
Students involved in our High School Ministry (9th-12th Grade) should make plans to attend our Spring Retreat March 31-April 1 at Trinity Baptist Church. The cost is $30 per student to attend. Students must register online. Questions about the retreat should be directed to Evan Sidwell (esidwell@trinitywarriors.org).

QUARTERLY BUSINESS MEETING SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 16th

|
Our Quarterly Business Meeting will be held on Sunday, April 16th at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel. In addition to going over church business, we will also rollout our online Church Directory and share information on how to setup your profile and access the directory.

JOURNEY TO THE CROSS IS 2 WEEKS AWAY
|
|
|
|
Our Kids Ministry is hosting a very special event on Palm Sunday, Journey to the Cross. Over 50 of our church members have volunteered to bring Bible characters to life by recreating the final week of Jesus’ life. We need your help to get the word out. Please share the event with your friends on social media, take a post card from the East Welcome Desk to invite a friend, or verbally invite someone to join you at the event.

TRINITY KIDS SHELL-A-BRATION CANDY DRIVE
|
|
|
Trinity Kids and Trinity Kids Preschool will hold a special Easter themed Grow Class, "Jesus Shell-A-Bration", on Wednesday, April 5th from 6:00-7:15 p.m.
All kids currently enrolled in Wednesday Night Grow Classes at Trinity Baptist Church are invited to the event, which will include an evening learning about Jesus and the meaning of Easter, while also getting an opportunity to hunt Easter eggs and win prizes. Students in grades 3rd-5th will enjoy a Glow-in-the-Dark Easter Egg Hunt, while younger students will enjoy a regular egg hunt.
Church members are encouraged to donate candy to help fill the eggs for the celebration. Candy bins will be placed at the church entrances starting today through the end of March.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL REGISTRATION FOR STUDENTS & VOLUNTEERS NOW OPEN

Trinity Kids invites you to launch on a cosmic quest this summer at Vacation Bible School (VBS). Kids in preschool through 5th grade will have a blast shining Jesus’ light to the world. Each night during VBS, kids will enjoy faith-building fun and adventures, cosmic crafts, galactic snacks, and all-star games! Trinity Baptist Church is excited to invite your kids to join us at Church Camp this summer. Kids from 2nd-12th grade have an opportunity to attend camp. No matter their age, students will discover more about the Bible, learn to share their faith, and fall more in love with Jesus at camp.

MISSION OF THE MONTH:
PATHWAY RESOURCE CENTER
|
|
|
Pathway Resource Center’s goal is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with every one of their clients. At the core of their ministry is the Pathway Life Skills and Risk Avoidance youth development program. This 8 lesson Biblically-based curriculum is designed to give young people the skills necessary to make smart choices and avoid risky behaviors that can hurt them physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
In addition to helping target the root of the crisis pregnancy situation through the curriculum, Pathway has also established a medical pregnancy center in Texarkana, Arkansas, offering free pregnancy testing and verifications, ultrasounds, counseling, parenting classes, and a baby boutique.
Trinity Baptist Church members are encouraged to pray for Pathway’s clients and volunteers. Also, pray that Pathway will be blessed with new volunteers, staff, and funding that are needed for this rapidly growing ministry.
Those interested in volunteering with the Pathway Resource Center can serve in a variety of ways. From being a client advocate, nursery worker, or class facilitator to serving as a mentor, Bible study leader or a Making Life Disciples Church Representative, there are plenty of ways to help serve and disciple those facing unplanned pregnancies in our community.
