I want to share this information with you about an upcoming series of virtual presentations on the CLC Facebook Page. The Career Learning Center is teaming up with the Statewide Family Engagement Center to bring financial tips, tools, and resources to a virtual audience through Facebook Live. We’re planning to host a brief presentation or interview that will air each Friday at noon beginning today, April 17, through the end of May.
Topics will include how to prioritize expenses in times of crises, how to budget when receiving large funds (such as the expected CARES Act stimulus checks and eventually, tax returns) and other topics of interest during this challenging time (see attached). Financial Fridays Facebook Live begins Friday, April 17 at noon with “What Now? Financial Tips and More to Help You Navigate COVID-19” presented by Tracy Palecek, Black Hills Area Community Foundation.
