Khaveyrim,

It's summer, so time to cover your windows with tinfoil and run a fan over a bowl of ice cubes and keep your head wet. On days when you can't burn your feet on the grass, we are easing back into playing music in public:

Sat, Jul 24th - Seattle - at: IDEAS NEEDED - where should we play?
Tu b'av is the 15th day of Av and after the most wretched grievous day in the Jewish calendar on tisha b'av, it is a day of Joy! It's a pretty ignored day on our calendar, but it used to be used as a matchmaking day for lovers back in second temple days...sooo come meet a new crush or bring your current crush!
We have a back up location of a park near the Uvillage, but would LOVE to play this show at a cozier venue with a bathroom option, such as someone's backyard. If you are the proprietor or letter (pun obscure but intended) of such a space, please reach out to us to discuss! A dank in advance

Some Wednesdays - Wallingford farmers market, ~5pm
We secretly busked at the Wally farmers market last week and it was a lovely time! We plan to do it again (not for the next few weeks though, sorry), and promise to actually give people the heads up about it on Social Media, so keep an eye out there.

Sat, Aug 28 (tentative) - Roosevelt/North Udistrict
We are gonna play a North End block party at the end of August! We'll keep you updated on the specifics, but, it will probably have several bands, food trucks, etc etc and generally be a good time.

Our recent album, Cradle Songs, Grave Songs, was included in a very sweet summer round-up of Yiddish music by Rokhl Kafrissen, along with new albums by Socalled and Mark Rubin, which you should also check out! Read the review here.

If you haven't picked up a copy of our album yet, you can buy it here, along with many other merch items we've somehow accumulated. Bandcamp Fridays are on hiatus until August, but every day is still a good day to support local artists on there.

Love,
Brivele
