Discover your EDGE in Avondale.

|
|
During the first weekend in November, the City of Avondale will make history as we become the new home of the NASCAR Championship Cup! From November 6-8, Avondale will be welcoming the playoff teams and NASCAR enthusiasts for the final and highest profile race of the 2020 season. Phoenix Raceway recently completed a $178 Million renovation project transforming it into one of the most dynamic tracks in the entire NASCAR circuit. Upgrades to seating, Wi-fi, suites, team facilities, and a prolific infield experience have raised the standard and created a one of a kind entertainment venue. When they are not at the track enjoying the race, the crowds will partake in our celebrated local restaurants, breweries, and amenities while appreciating the beautiful autumn weather in the Sonoran Desert.
Like many communities across the country, the past year has provided challenges for many Avondale businesses and families. However, we are still powering ahead, expanding our presence across many social media platforms, deploying targeted digital advertisements, and continually improving our bold new website. I encourage you to reach out to me or any member of the team to discuss how the Avondale EDGE benefits you.
Sincerely
Ken Chapa
Economic Development Director
