This will be a live, instructor lead training via zoom on June 23rd from 6pm to 8pm CST. The PMO CEO – La Juana Chambers Lawson, will be instructing this course providing industry insight and first had experiences to improve your organizations approach to grant writing. Upon completing this training students will be able to design grant projects with system thinking, understand the role of nonprofit directors in the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of annual campaigns in addition to understanding how to leverage project management to write winning competitive and strategically aligned grant project proposals.
