It's getting colder....

The time is here, fall has arrived and the leaves have began to drop.

Fall is such a beautiful season that most of us get to enjoy, depending on where we live. For me the beauty of the colours is what I appreciate most. Although these gifts of glamour do come along with the cold, we've got something just as colourful that will warm you up nicely this month.

Below you will find our wonderfully simple gingered butternut squash soup. A staple of mine for getting through these cold days and nights.

It is also very important to hydrate and keep moving throughout these months, as our bodies all prepare for the long winter that is ahead! I've left another video link below to our Prairie Sun Movement episode that can help you with easy stretches that will always benefit you.
