Asparafest! weekend is May 14-15 and you can also enjoy special items such as the asparagus burger at Pepp'rmint Stick Drive-In or battered asparagus from Majors Restaurant. Plus, you will find award winning Asparagus and Pepper-jack Cheese Tamales at Los Hernandez Tamales and additional asparagus items at Kim's Got Smoke BBQ, Old Town Pump Saloon and even asparagus rolls at New York Teriyaki. Enjoy this seasonal treat while it's available!

We Had a Great Time at TBEX - Tri-Cities and Hosting Day Trips to Union Gap!
Hundreds of travel influencers flocked to the Tri-Cities in April for the TBEX North American Conference and Union Gap was a sponsor at the event. We met tons of travel bloggers and writers from around the globe, and can't wait to get them to visit Union Gap in the future. In fact, we were the co-host of a FAM tour with Yakima Valley Tourism and hosted 4 writers. They were from Portland, OR, San Antonio, TX, San Diego, CA and Turkey! They spent four days traversing the Yakima Valley. Union Gap highlights included breakfast at Jean's Cottage Inn, visiting the Central Washington Ag Museum, seeing a tamale making demonstration at Los Hernandez Tamales, experiencing authentic Mexican pastries being made at Panaderia Aguililla Bakery, and of course experiencing Miner's! We also hiked to the Ahtanum Ridge, toured the Borton Fruit plant and made sure they tried the delicious battered asparagus from Major's! And, they managed to Escape the Pharoah's Tomb at Escape the Maddness! Keep checking our social media for more details!
