Meet Christy McGrath
Christy joined the TVC team on March 8th, 2021.  Prior to joining TVC, Christy served for six years as the Community Manager at Fort Carson, CO. In her role at Ft Carson, Christy was responsible for the operational oversight of ~3,500 homes, a staff of 78 employees, 28,000+ work orders, all of which supported a portfolio of homes which included aging inventory and infrastructure. Christy is well regarded for her client/resident relationship management and employee coaching / mentoring skillset. Christy’s introduction to MHPI was as a Leasing Consultant at Ft. Stewart, Georgia, so she also brings with her front-line experience that will ensure success in our Property Management operations.

In her role as DPM for TVC, Christy is responsible for the daily property management and maintenance management oversight of the ~1500 homes across our three locations – Los Angeles AFB, Peterson AFB, and Schriever AFB.

Helping children play safely in our community is a top priority. We have received reports of children unsupervised throughout the property, riding scooters in the streets, and running into streets with cars approaching. Please help us keep them safe by reminding them to play in a safe area and watch for traffic. To reward their awesome focus on Safety, we are kicking off the Safety Selfie contest. Send us a selfie of your kids playing safe in our community for a chance to win a prize!

"Coyote Alert! Living safely with the Wildlife that share our City"

Coyotes are wild animals and can pose a risk to people and pets. The goal of Los Angeles Animal Services is to educate the public by fostering a relationship of mutual respect between wildlife and the community so we can live together safely."
Tierra Vista Communities has begun to receive calls about coyote sightings. This has prompted us to help inform and educate our residents on how we are able to thrive together safely. Please take a moment to read more about "Living safely with the Wildlife that share our City" from the Los Angeles Animal Control website HERE
