We’re glad you’ve continued to show up for this adventure, because we are having THE BEST time remembering all these precious moments of 2022.

In case you’re just joining us, we began our travels on Monday with the RELA Coalition, and moved on to visit our fearless friends, The Defenders of Justice yesterday. What’s amazing is that, while these huge pieces of work form a backbone of our advocacy efforts, they’re still only a partial picture of the many ways we’re working to build a #CareFirst future.

This tool gives LA County voters the opportunity to learn more about the judges who sit on LA Superior Court. With greater transparency about the courtroom demeanor and behavior of our local judges, comes clarity about who we should vote for (and challenge!) in upcoming elections. Transparency around our judiciary and its inner workings is crucial to the transformative work we’re doing.

Speaking of transformation…tomorrow for Day 4 of The 5 Days of La Defensa’s Year-in-Review, we’ll take our preferred method of holiday transport to join Ivette and Eunisses for un cafecito. We'll chat about transformational leadership – and a leadership transition!
