Your pain may change each day, but your anatomy remains the same!
We can easily be fixated on our imaging, diagnosis, or anatomy related explanations for non-traumatic pain.
Your anatomy doesn't change day to day.
The amount of degeneration in your joints doesn't increase your "bad days" and decrease on your "good days". The same concept applies to stenosis, disc herniations, partial rotator cuff tears, etc.
Your nervous system may become more sensitive on your "bad days" depending on what's going on....especially if the pain had lingered for a while.
This is why I'm not a fan of flawed anatomy explanations for pain. Your painful body part doesn't fluctuate with "adhesions" according to your symptoms. Your joints don't realign or misalign on the days you're feeling better or worse.
It's an easier concept to understand how to calm down a sensitive nervous system on your own....it's harder to break up adhesion, realign joints, etc. on your own.
No Pills. No stretching. No medication. No Massage. No Surgery. No Adjustments. No therapy.
